Is there a tutorial of how to make the book cakes. How is the cake covered and craved. please help

My book cake was an 11x15. I did not use baking strips or heating cores so it baked with a "hump." After it cooled for about 5 minutes I used a 1 inch diameter rolling pin to "crease" the cake in the center, where the pages would seperate in a book. Then I just carved a little on the short edges to look like pages. Mine is iced in BC. I used the cheap Wilton plastic fondant cutter/embosser with the detachable wheels to make the pages lines on the sides. You can see it here:

There's also a template in the gallery you can re-size and use but I did it free-hand and it's not really that hard at all.
