Hello Everyone

Is there anyone that can explain to me how to make those Baby In Belly Cakes or Diaper Bags? I would like to make one for my daughter's baby shower. I've seen some really nice one's on this web site, so I decided to join so I could chat with other baker's around the world. I'm in culinary Arts school, but have not yet gotten to cake decorating.
