yep, here is it:
Cookies and Cream Cupcakes (Makes 22-24) - JessDesserts
30 Oreo cookies
1 package (18.25 ounces) plain white cake mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
*Count out 12 Oreos and separate the top and bottom wafers. Make sure each has some of the icing on it. Place one wafer, icing side up, in the bottom of each paper liner.
*Place the remaining 18 Oreos between sheets of waxed paper or in a large, closed zipper-lock bag and crush them by rolling over them with a rolling pin. Set these crumbs aside.
*Mix all ingredients except crushed oreos. When batter is thoroughly incorporated, fold in 1 & 1/2 cups crushed Oreos.
* Spoon batter into cupcake liners. Approx 1/3 cup ( I use an ice cream scooper which is super-easy!
*Bake approx. 17-18 minutes. Let cool before frosting. *I replaced the oreos with double stuff MINT oreos and I took a bite and said "thats whoa". I am talking too freaking good to describe.
I use the WASC recipe with a french vanilla mix, and just stir in the crushed oreos and some grated white choc (learned that tip from some wise poster on CC). Nice and sturdy, tasty, stacks well. I have gotten rave reviews when I used white choc ganache as a filling, but I usually use Indydebi's bc with it (which, btw, is yummy with oreos crushed in it as well, esp. paired with choc cake) HTH
Oh man that sounds so good I wish I had oreos here so I could make one right now! May have to stop at the store when I pickup my son from school

The cake that I do is a major hit with family and friends, and so, so easy!
I make chocolate cake ( box or scratch doesn't matter ) and drizzel with chocolate sauce. The filling; in my kitchen aid w/ paddle attachment I mix soft creamcheese with just a little bit of milk, and start adding whole DUBBLE stuffed oreos. The paddle breaks them up for you. You will need a lot of oreos for a three tired cake, but the filling is nice and thick and will stand up to the wieght. This is one of my favorite recipes, IM me if you have any questions, good luck!
I copied this from the other thread so now it's all in one!
