Can anyone help me on figuring out how much to charge for a basket of cookies? I am making small med and large ones. No exactly sure how many cookies will fit in each basket. Should I charge by the amount of cookies in each basket? or maybe the weight?

Thanks

Generally, decorated cookies are charged @ $1 per inch. You'll want to charge for the basket as well. HTH

If I were doing this, I'd figure what I charge for the non-cut-out, non-iced cookies (and I'm thinking choc chip, snickerdoodles, etc), then figure the price.

A basket with 2 dozen cookies at $6/doz would be $12 for the cookies PLUS the cost of the basket and any packaging cost, PLUS the mark-up for profit. (You dont pay $5 for a basket and charge $5 for a basket. No "pass thru pricing" allowed! icon_wink.gif )
