Lemon cake recipe calls for princess emulsion- what can I subsitute?
I don't have any. Can I use creme bouquet? whats a good mix to sub? I need it for macsmoms lemon cake.

I believe that princess emulsion is lemon, vanilla and almond extract. Whatever the amount of princess is needed I would evenly use each of the flavors. (1 Tblsp = 1 tsp of lemon, 1 tsp of vanilla and 1 tsp of almond)

Thank you so much for responding. I was beginning to think there was dead air out there. Is princess the same or close to creme bouquet?

As far as I can tell, creme bouquet and princess emulsion are the same thing, just different names from different brands.
