I mean no disrespect - but no cake is too much work for me if I can learn some new techniques and can add a great cake to my portfolio.

I am also looking for instructions for a 3D motorcycle - American Chopper style - for a 2 year old. Can anyone give some pointers, helpful advice for how to do a this?

(And Sammie, I kind of thought the same thing about it being a little "over the top" for that age level but that's what the client wants so....)

I made this motorcycle for a 2 year old. It was actually quite easy. The body was constructed by cutting a sheet cake in 3 equal thirds, stacking them an carving a bit.
The tyres was made from RKT, covered in fondant and i put some RI between them an the board to make sure they don't fall over.
All the rest of the trimmings was fondant.
