Are you competing, going to the classes or just going to look? I came back last night from Austin for the Capital Confectioners DOS and it was great. Didn't think to take a camera and was not sure if you could. It was great and well worth the trip. I will do better in OK. Totally amazed at the talent. This year I am taking the classes, does anyone have information or tips. I have been doing cakes for over 25 years, but this is the first class of this kind I have done.
