How do you figure your delivery charge? I usually don't worry about it, but I have a wedding cake order that is in another town, about 45 miles from here. I'm not going to eat the gas or time on it, but I'm not sure what is the best way to charge for it? Is there a formula?

I have a $50 minimum. For distances like you're talking about, $1 per mile round trip, 'cause you gotta get home. $90 for your delivery.

yep, what leahs said. Many charge for one-way miles, but like she said, you gotta get home. My rate is $1.25/mile.
