I found this recipe for Lindstrom's Peanut butter cookies in the recipe area:

1# brown sugar
8oz margarine
1# peanut butter
1/8oz salt
4 oz egg
1 Tbs vanilla
1# cake flour
1/4 oz baking soda

I'm assuming that the # symbol means "pound" but just wanted to make sure. I tried to look up the member that wrote the recipe but I found that
she/he is no longer a member. Since I don't have a scale to measure, does anyone know what the equivalent measures might be if I used cups and spoons?

Also looking for an amazing peanut butter cookie recipe for my daughter
as it's her favorite and she's coming home from California in two weeks.
Thanks for any help that anyone can give me.

How appropriate... Since # is the pattern on a peanut butter cookie. icon_smile.gif
