I saw a color chart on here once telling how to mix colors to get different colors. Now I do not remember where I found it. Can anyone help? It was on CC somewhere.

Since the wilton icing colors are gel what exactly constitutes a "part".

I would like to know also. What is a part?

Not sure if there's an exact formula. But it would seem that if you dab a toothpick with one color, you'd use a similar "dab" for another. Make sense?
