Does anyone have instructions, photos, or tutorial on how to make the tiffany's box cake or any box cake?

Sugarshack has an excellent "boxes and bows" DVD that just came out which is very helpful. Also there's a bow tutorial in the articles section where (I think it was Fran) uses a tiffany box to demo a bow. Hope that helps some! Oh also, one of Peggy Porschen's books has a Tiffany box in her "Beautiful Cakes" book. Hope that helps!
