After fighting with Crisco I have switched over to Sweetex. It does perform much better. Has anyone tried the new zero tranfat Sweetex. A guy at our cash and carry store said they may only carry it in the future.

I haven't seen Sweetex in our stores. Do you get it anywhere? Like Walmart?

you can't get it at walmart... I have to get mine from my local cake shop.

Cash and Carry has it in the 50 lbs box....

I use hi-ratio (CK) and i love it.. i can't see spending 20 more bux on the name brand..... but i might be missing something

I used to by 3lbs for 9 dollars... I just bought my first 50 lb box for $70... so much savings!! It's like half price....
