I need a recipe for carrot cake that is either a doctored mix recipe or something more stable than regular carrot cake recipes. I have a great scratch carrot cake recipe but it is too crumbly and fragile for the wedding cake that I have been asked to make. Any ideas? Please let me know if you have something great for me! thumbs_up.gif Thanks in advance.
