Has anyone ever tried to make fondant using a little of the powdered creamer replacing some of the powdered sugar?

No, but I used some of the liquid in place of the milk in my fondant recipe! I used french vanilla and it made the fondant have a creamier, richer vanilla flavor!

Hmmm, I may have to try if I end up with extra time tomorrow. Still got to make the father's day present though....

I did try it and it turned out well. I just added a couple tablespoons with the powdered sugar when first stirring together the melted marshmallows (I was doing MMF). I thought at first that it would change the texture and be a little grainy, but it must have dissolved as it sat and as I kneaded it. Didn't change the color at all and tastes really nice. Thought I would share!!
