I was recently in Destin and tasted a cupcake from a vendor at the mall there. It was a Key Lime cupcake that was spectacular. It was a very dense but moist cake. They are all homemade so I am hoping someone here has made these also. I was thinking maybe a poundcake recipe with key lime flavoring but I am not any good at figuring recipes out. Any help would be gratly appreciated!! Thanks icon_smile.gif

Okay, my key lime cake is in the oven. Smells good, batter tastes good, only a small problem....the color! I'm not sure about eating Shrek green cake, kinda strange. I'll let you know how it turns out.
