I got an old Wilton book from ebay called Wilton Celebrate A-Z. It talked a lot about bevel cake pans. Anyone know what these are? I can't seem to find them anywhere... does no one make them anymore? Were they a bad idea?

They're used for the "Lambeth" method of decorating. They don't make them anymore. I bought mine on eBay, too. Yep, expensive!

Hey Doug - if I'm searching on ebay, would I look up "Bevel cake pans"? or should I look them up under some other name? Are there any other books that teach the Lambeth method other than that one by that name that is usually like $200?

I know that method is supposed to be something spectacular - but dag gone it that is too much for a book!!! It's not like it originally cost that much....... couldn't they reprint it????
