Does anyone have a good supplier of flavoring extracts - local or internet? I am having a hard time locating larger sizes of almond flavoring other than Wiltons (bottles too small for my usage). I have looked at Sam's, Costco and BJ's. These places used to carry a 16oz size but they no longer carry any size of it. I would like to find it locally due to shipping costs involved (liquids are heavy!) but if I can't find it then I'll have to buy it online.
Any help would be appreciated!
TIA!
Leslie

I don't know if you have these in NC, but I find 16 oz bottles of almond and vanilla at Smart and Final. Also the costco by me still sells the vanilla so I get that there. Good luck! If you can't find it I would just call around to any big box stores in your area and maybe even restraunt supply stores and ask if they carry it.

I bought a huge bottle at Sam's a while back, but I haven't looked lately to see if they still carry it.

Funny how this topic should arise..... last week I discovered that right in my backyard is Parrish's Cake supply (they make the Magic Line brand). It's a WONDERFUL warehouse of cake pans, decorating tools, etc.... they also have their own brand of flavorings which can be purchased in 4 oz, 1 quart, and 1/2 gallon sizes. Lucky thing we don't have any extra money laying around because we wouldn't have any extra money laying around, if you know what I mean.

They have a web site, but it isn't done yet (www.parrishsmagicline.com) or you can call for price quotes and ordering ( (310) 324-CAKE). Why pay higher prices if you can get what the bakeries get for less?

I purchase all of my flavoring from National Products 1-800-525-2431. They have every and any type of flavoring that you are looking for as well as inexpensive in either a quart or gallon. I purchased a quart of Vanilla for $4.75. They also will send you up to 5 free samples of their product. Be careful when you receive their brochure, you will be like child in a candy store. Some flavors that I have purchased besides the regular vanila, almond, and butter are: Vanilla Custard, Lemon emulsion, Vanilla Butter Nut, White Chocolate, Rum'N Butter, English Toffee.
