I just went to the link you supplied, very informative thanks! Do you know if there is a way to print the directions and pictures out. I'd love to save them as notes for when I first attempt this icon_smile.gif I didn't see a way to print. Thanks!

Boy I don't=( I am not computer savvy at all=( What I would try first is to just try to print the whole page, hitting "print" from the "file" button uptop of your screen. Sorry I can't help you there, Jen

Thanks! It is such a great tutorial that I wanted to save it. I have been too afraid to try a FBCT but that makes it seem sort of easy icon_confused.gif

Whimsical Bakehouse is a great book for chocolate transfers. Take a look at that one some time.

Another type of chocolate transfer is like the wrap around the cake. I dont know if that is what you are referring to. You buy the acetate sheets and spread chocolate on them and wrap it around a cake. country kitchens has those.

sorry if this may sound stupid but when you make a chocolate transfer...does that mean that all you use is chocolate?? you just melt white chocolate and color it?? and do the same thing when doing a frozen buttercream transfer??

thanks so much in advance icon_smile.gif

It is best if you use the candy melts or confectionary coating (not real chocolate). Otherwise you would need to temper it and all that jazz. Read through the links post above for how to do.
