Bring the milk to a boil with the vanilla split lengthwise . Remove .
Seperately, melt chocolate with butter over simmering water. Add 150g sugar and 3 beaten eggs
Add the sifted flour with bicarbonate of soda and salt. Mix until smooth. Set aside.
Preparation of the flan: In a bowl beat 4 eggs with 40g sugar. Remove the vanilla pod from the milk and pour into the eggs while beating continiously. set aside.
Grease a 26cm pan. Pour the condensed milk at the bottom of the pan and then pour the chocolate mixure followed by the flan.
Cover the pan withfoil paper taking care that the foil doesnt touch the flan.
Cook the flan in the oven over a pan of simmering water for 20minutes at 200 degrees. Lower temperature to 180 degrees, remove foil and cook further 30 - 40 minutes.
During baking the chocolate and flan will mix.
Remove from oven and cool a few minutes. While the cake is still warm. remove from pan witha sharp tipped knife. Refrigerate.
Best served cold. Prepare the day before.

follow cake mix inst. and pour in a greased pan, put all the rest of ing. in the blender and blend well
now pour the blender mix on the pan very slowly so they dont mix, now cover the pan with foil.
