I am planning to do a wedding cake with either fondant or RBC (going to try it this week to see if I like consistency) and I would like to do a pale pink marble in white. I know I've seen something somewhere about doing this, but I can't remember how.

hmmm. I've seen these too, but I haven't tried it yet. I only made rbc once, and wasn't a big fan. I thought it was too sticky.
As for the marble, I would think you would put strips of the 2 colors together and twist and pull, then roll it out, but not sure of any specific way.
Here's a bump for ya, hoping you'll get an answer.
If not, do a search in the galleries for marble and pm someone who's done it.

marble fondant is really easy and can be done with as many colours as you like.
For 2 colours just halve you fondant and colour each piece
Then roll each piece into a sausage shape
Twist the two pieces together. Like a piece of rope (you can roll this piece into another sausage, then fold in half and twist again depending on the look you want,) Have a play and see how you like it! Then roll out as normal.

I have two cake sin my album done this way, one with two colours and one with 4 colours.

I simply knead the fondant until pliant and make a large brick shape. Using a toothpick, I add the color of choice (pink, in your case, and not too much!) along the length of the brink.

Then I just knead until I get the right effect, and then roll it out and cover the cake. I have a cake in my photos that I did this way...have a look and tell me what you think.

I used this technique on the two ball cakes in my photos with rolled buttercream. Like everyone said just put a LITTLE color on the white fondant and knead it a little bit until you get the look you want. Then roll it out like normal. It can make a very beautiful cake!

I did the rope twisting thing for cookies this past weekend. I love the look too. The good thing is, if you screw up and don't like it, you haven't wasted anything....just mix the fondant until it's a plain color and start over.

Bluedevil - your cakes are great! The marbleing looks wonderful! Thanks for the tips!

Yours too, tinabee! Did you use 2 different blues for the 1st ball, or was that just one?

Thanks Claudine1976 for the links, I know they will be a big help!

Thank you for the compliments! No it was just one blue - it just ended up darker in some spots. Good luck with your cake!
