I don't know about tutorials but I have instructions.
You want gumpaste or buttercream?
I need a different email address in order to send them (file too big for here)

What shape tulip cutter do you have? I have one from the Wilton set and if yours is the same shape, I can scan the instructions from the book and PM them to you when I get home from work.
