Has anyone used these flavorings? Or do you suggest another? If so, where would you order them from? I am ready to order Crème Bouquet and I didn't know if I should try any of the others. What brands to avoid??

Thanks!

I've used creme bouquet. It's very nice and flavorful. Magic Line brand was recommended to me because it has less of a lemon flavor then the other brands (or so I was told). But even still, there is a very very slight hint of lemon. I only notice the lemon when I do a taste test against other flavors.

I've never heard of the other two you mentioned. Can anyone describe them to me?

I haven't used any of those except for the Creme Bouqet. I used the CK brand. i personally can't stand the stuff, but my husband likes it and I have a customer that special requests it every time he orders. I have done 6 cakes for him in 1 year, so it must not be too bad!

Magic Line makes the best CB and it is awesome and all I use. I get rave reviews from all on my icing but again I only use alpine, icing base and 6x PS too. It all helps bring the perfect icing. Anyway you do need to get the right manufacturer for the CB just like fondant. You can get the crap or the good stuff which is actually pretty good.
