I've been trying to find an icing like the one I use to have when I was little (bakery cake in Puerto Rico) just the icing I'll bake the cake icon_biggrin.gif . All I know is that it came in a bucket and it was soft and sweet . So I'm wondering if this is some what like the ONE. Anyone has tried it? Did you like it? I really want to order it but I'm afraid of being disappointed. Thanks

Sorry; I don't know the answer to that and the only icings I've ever used that were premade are the DH, Betty C., etc. variety. I hope someone else can help you out with this.

Just FYI, don't know if this helps or not, but many members have mentioned Sam's Club's icing as being really good. Maybe you can look into that if the Dixie one doesn't pan out.
