Okay- I want to make a white chocolate cake with lime filling. I'm trying to replicate a cake flavor for a friend. Problem is that I don't have a good white chocolate cake recipe. Or a good lime filling. So- can anyone help me out?

Have you tried lime curd? Sort of like lemon curd.... very good. As for the white chocolate cake, try a search thru the recipe section of CC

Lime Curd
1 cup plus 1 Tablespoon sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) plus 1 Tablespoon cold, unsalted butter, cut into pieces
4 large eggs, beaten lightly
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (from about 4 limes)
In a heavy pan, cook sugar, butter, eggs, and lime juice over moderately low heat, whisking frequently, until thick enough to hold marks of whisk and first bubbles appear on surface (12 to 15 minutes). Immediately pour curd through a sieve into a bowl and cool. (Filling may be made up to a week ahead of time and chilled covered).
