MyGisDesserts,
It the bomb! I notice your in Dallasicon_smile.gif Me too! Are you a member of any of the local cake clubs?

As for Cake Boss, definately check out the videos on www.cakeboss.com and you can really see what the software can do for you. KelleyM is awesome. In the thread she linked to, I posted that comment about the cupcakes on here and I got a personal email from one of the people at Masters software (the people who make CakeBoss) with suggestions on how to make it easier for me to use the same recipe for cupcakes vs cakes. They are super helpful.

Side note to Kelly M, I just saw your signature about "Cottage Food Law"...that cracked me. I'm sure I've said it wrong plenty of times!

Anyway, I can't say enough wonderful things about the software.

It has a lot of good features. I never knew what to charge and I still feel it is a little high sometimes but at least I now how much money I have in a cake. Like any software it has little issues that could be improved upon. A better, easier way to enter things like fondant without me haven first to break it down per ounce myself. Overall a good purchase!!
