thank you... viewed the video...I have seen that one.. the one I am looking for was on cc and she used a syringe filled with creamcheese and inserted it into the strawberry.. was wondering what kind of syringe??

Wow, thanks for the question OP and the answers, Tesso! I just made my first chocolate wrapped cake the other day (thanks to Sarsi and ShirleyW on CC). I made cake balls for the top of the cake, but I hate making cake balls. Chocolate covered strawberries with a surprise inside--WOW! It will blow everybody away.

OP, if you look at all Tesso's links, you'll see a photo of the syringe. I printed out the pic of the syringe and will take to my pharmacy and say "I want one just like this, please".

I've already started buying all sorts of stuff at the Home Depot and Lowe's for caking, now I'm going to be buying stuff at the pharmacy. Who knew????
