I need to figure out the best place to get cake cardboards as inexpensively as possible. Does anyone have any tips?

Also, should I spring for more expensive greaseproof ones, or do the non greaseproof ones work just as well.

Thanks!

The last time I checked, Dade Paper had the best price on 6" only.
The Webstaurant Store has great prices, next MidContinent Paper, and last BakeDeco (but their case sizes are 1/2 the quantity of the others, if you don't need full cases).

Hobby Lobby has good prices on cardboard cake circles. If there is a bakery near you that would order them for you that would be the most inexpensive route.

Bulk cake boards and cake circles:

The uncoated work fine for my purposes.

go to sam's club, they will sell you as many cakeboards or boxes or whatever it is you want.. just go to the bakery department and tell them what you want...
