Does anyone know how many servings in a 15" square layered cake? I can not find any info on Erlene's or Wilton's charts. Help! icon_eek.gif

Square cakes are the EASIEST to compute servings. A 1 X 2 X height means that you simply multiply the length of the side (1" serving side) by 1/2 the length of the side (2" serving side).

15 X 7 = 105

You don't need to account for that 1/2" on one side.
