This has been part of our tradition since we discovered this site. Your kids will luv it! You can track Santa's progress around the world on Norad, watching to see when he leaves England and heads for Greenland and lands in New York.
A great tool for getting kids to bed because they can actually SEE that Santa is close!

That ia really cool, we'll have to check it tonight! Thanks for sharing.
In our area cincinnati bell was making free phone calls from santa.
My kids got their call on sunday, That was really cute!
I have a favorite talk radio station and they have the Norad tracking on from 5am till midnight Xmas Eve every year.
Santa always takes time out from his deliveries between 10 and 11 am so the children here can phone in and talk with him.
Its the sweetest thing. Some of them get so excited they're actually talking with Santa on the phone, they can barely speak!
My daughter is usually really chatty but when I told her to answer the phone she covered her face and dropped to the floor and wouldn't take the phone. I had to hold it to her ear!
2 christmas's ago we went to clifton mills, they have tons of lights. They have this little house that a real santa sits in at a desk checking the naughty and nice list. Every 20 mins he comes out of the chimney and waves at the kids. We happened to be walking by at the time and I told my kids to look. My son dropped to his knees!! It was sooo funny! He thought for sure he was in trouble!
