Can anyone tell me what brand of food coloring is best for getting a true hot pink color. I have an order for a zebra cake with hot pink fondant and I don't know how to achieve that color.

I've found that when I use too much of the regular pink color from the Wilton gels that it turns hot pink. That said, the Satin Ice precolored fondant in pink is also a hot pink color, not a soft pink.

The Rose color from Wilton give a hot pink color. HTH!
