How About A Hersheys Chocolate Buttercream Filling?

I love the Hersheys frosting thats on the back of the can. Buttercream frosting.....not so much! Has anyone ever mixed the two to make an awesome filling for between layers? I'm thinking about trying it but I wanted to check with you guys first!
I don't know why you would have to mix them...couldn't you just use the Hershey's recipe...might need a little more powdered sugar to make it stiffer.
I always use that Hershey's recipe on the back of the can! It's delicious. I call that my fudge icing, and then for chocolate buttercream, I simply add Hershey's cocoa powder to my reg. buttercream recipe. I add as much or as litttle as I want depending on what I need/feel like at the time.
Why not just use the Hershey's frosting as is for the filling? I've done it many many times, it's fantastic.
I call it my gooey choc frosting! lol As for mixing the two, I thought it would make it less "gooey". Less likely to ooze if I put alot of weight on it. I know what I'm thinking, but I'm having a hard time explaining myself!

I tried it and it was fantastic! I mixed about 2/3 frosting, 1/3 buttercream. Best chocolate buttercream ever!
