We have 2 amazing cakes from 2 amazing decorators. This is one of the three throwdowns that we have this month.

CONTESTANT C1

Christmas Eve ~ Santa is stuck in the chimney and Rudolf is taking a break while the other reindeer have gone back to the shop to see if they can find something to get Santa out of the chimney with.

This is a 10inch carved square cake, WRSC (rum extract instead of almond) iced in chocolate buttercream spiked with Godiva Liquor and fondant covering. Santas sleigh is chocolate, the snow is royal icing, the chimney and roof are RKTs and everything else is fondant.

Merry Christmas!!!

Both cakes are awesome! Nice job ladies! I have argued with myself over the last few minutes on wich one to vote for, and I have decided that while both are deserving of a vote, Im going to have to go with the second one. It is just so different and the characters are incredible.

Again, great job on both cakes, and have a Merry Christmas!

Had to go with Miser Brothers! Reminds me of when I was little, waiting on Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer to come on! However, C1 was extremely well done! LOVE the cottage!

Now that I'm the "loser" (ha ha), how does this work? Do I host the next one? I thought I read that in one of the posts... icon_confused.gif
