gabbenmom- yes, it is a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake! I made it for a party my sister was having, it was the first cheesecake I made...since I can't stand cheesecake! LOL... Anyway, I heard that it was REALLY good! My sister and her husband were enjoying it so much they said "it was rich so you could only eat a little bit, but you wanted more, so you had to wait half an hour, then eat some more!!" LOL I got the recipe from allrecipes.com I very highly recommend it!! |

Sarsi---thank you for the tutorial! The finished creation looks to die for! I did have one question the clear "stuff" your putting the chocolate on I could barely make out in the tutorial but does it say acetate? If so what is that? |

Acetate is a plastic film... but it is thick enough to hold its shape...I'm not completely sure.... LOL...
I've also heard of people using Freezer paper for this technique but haven't tried it myself....
HTH!!! |

I've never heard of that. I'll be sure to ask one of my instructors about it.
Thanks again for the tutorial. I visited the recipe site that you mentioned and printed off the recipe...It sure does look good! I cant wait to make it. I have about 4 other recipes that I want to try this weekend. |
