My dang buttercream flowers won't stick to the parchment paper. They don't come out of the tip after I make them and get stuck. Is it the frosting? Is it the technique? What am I doing wrong? I have two flowers and need 60......Thanks!

Maybe your icing is too dry? I know that in class one of the girls was having the same problem and the instructor made sure to show it to all of us and explain that if the icing is too dry it will not come out of the tip properly and it won't stick to the parchment or wax paper. Maybe try adding a tad of water to the icing and make it to where it flows a little better? Hopefully that will help

Tyr using wax paper. It might work better than using parchment paper.
