so yesterday i made a whipped chocolate ganache and put it in the fridge and when i woke up this morning i relized i made a mistake tapedshut.gif the recipie called for 1 quart of heavy whipping cream, i decided to tripple the recipie because its going to cover a kinda big cake, so i was gonna need 3 quarts, anyways.... when i bought the cream i had to buy it in pints, because i could find quarts of it anywhere, and when i made the ganache i didnt relize i only put in 3 pints instead of 3 quarts (i was wondering why i had extra creme) anways my question is can i add the rest of the cream in still??? or is it a lost cause??? please help i really really dont want this to be a total loss

I don't know how much is a pint, nor how much is a quart (of a cup?)
But you can reheat it and ad whatever is needed icon_smile.gif

Yes, gently reheat the ganache and add in the missing cream. It'll be fine. thumbs_up.gif
