ok I have my own little matrix on getting my costs, took me weeks but I got it, now how would I make my prices? Im looking to sell cookies, cake balls, and cupcakes right now (future will be cakes and candy too).

Do I set an hourly wage? or a flat rate?

I should add that I will be selling these at a monthly craft show to start my customer base.

In culianry school we learned the following pricing formula:

Cost divided by .2 = retail. It makes your ingredients 20% of the retail cost.

"Your mileage may vary."

I think it's actually the RBA (Retail Baking Association) formula. They should know what they're doing!
