I have read through MANY discussion of the other brands of digital cutters and have adjusted mine repeatedly in a similar manner, but not getting a clean cut. Any help would be appreciated. I have a question about how the blade sets in. Does it set in flush and even when properly inserted? I can't get mine to go down that far, but I don't think it is suppose either, but the instructions are a little confusing.
