I only do a few wedding cakes, so no huge history of experience here.
Bride is a relative of a friend...she is asking for a non-dairy whipped topping that I can pipe with. So obviously not cool whip. What is she asking me for? Any ideas? She couldn't explain it any better than that... |

she is asking for whipped frosting llike bettercream or pastry pride.if you have a sam club you and buy from them.hope this helps |

Maybe she is talking about Rich's Bettercream, Pastry Pride or Frostin Pride. If u have a Smart n' Final near u, u can find them their. They are in the frozen section. U just thaw and whip.... |

YAY! Thank you...I wasn't sure. I will be at Sam's tomorrow so I will look for it. No Smart N Final, so hopefully my Sam's will have it. |

Does anyone in the NY metro area know where to get these products? I can't find them anywhere. And I'm not a member at Sam's, just Costco (and they don't carry any of them, and the bakery guy said they wouldn't sell me their icing). |

I get Bettercreme from Gordon Food Service but I live in Michigan, so I don't know if that helps you or not. |

At Sam's just ask at the bakery, they'll pull out a bucket for you. I became a member just for the Bettercreme!! It was worth it. |
