I have been making homemade marshmallow fondant, sometimes it comes out fine and other times its crumbling, like right now. It keeps ripping and peeling up (like it looks like little flakes and cracks) when I'm trying to roll it out. I added some sugar to a small tester piece and it seemed to work, but when I added it to the overall batch it just remained the same. Any suggestions? |

Try adding a little shortening to it and knead, knead, knead. |

I have no idea how old you are, you are just very informative, have useful, helpful advice and never steered me wrong. Wise, as in, listen to her, she knows all about this stuff. I was afraid to use experienced for the way that may sound. This isn't a lounge thread. |
