It'll be different shades of pink and some touches of brown.
Yeah, I think it looks cute and a bit cartoonish and when he colors it in, it'll be 'hip' too. My bro is a graffeti artist so I knew he'd do something cool!
I'm so happy!
He did a great job. It really worked out well.
You will need to post the final version with the colors when it is complete. It's fun to see things come together.

Thanks Debbie! I will definitely post the final product.
Any suggestions? I'm really happy with the way it looks
That is a fun logo. The only suggestion I have would be to flip the cupcake with the slice of cake. The proportions are a little off with the cupcake being so much larger. If you flip them and maybe shrink the cupcake a little, then you could do 2-3 slices of cake tiered topsy turvy or something similar on the right hand side where there is more room. Please post when done!
thanks ladies! I'm not sure when he'll finish it. Maybe tonight?
Hmm, tina - I'll see what he thinks of your suggestion.
Love it, I would put a line down the center of the cake slice as filling. How lucky you are to have such a crafty bro!
Very NICE, how do you all come up with a logo I need one but don't know where to begin?
omg - I had no idea where to start!
I just told him that I wanted a cake and/or cupcake somewhere in the name. I like it.
Very cute and fun! I like the additions to the cake slice. It makes it stand out more. It would make a cute logo on a T-shirt for deliveries too
I know! I told him last night that I am going to use it on so many things!
Debster, one thing that I told my bro to consider is that I wanted to use it on everything - website, business cards, t-shirts, etc.... I wanted for people to see it and automatically know they could order cakes from me.
One reason I really like it is the vibe is very 'me'
Ok what I need to know is do you come up with a logo from your company name or what? My daughter named me it's quite long.......
Delectable Delights By Debbie So how do you get a logo from that? I don't understand how logos work. Dumb in this area.
Since I work out of my home I thought about distinctly homemade or something along those lines. Maybe a house? What does everyone think? I love the way yours turned out. It's done really GOOD!!!!
once you have a logo how do you get it put on cards and t shirts and stuff do you need a special software?
I like graphic design (novice), so I'll just design my own card and then upload the image to vistaprint and order me some new cards. Same for any printed material I want.
As for the T-shirt, for the time being, I'm just going to printed it out and do an iron-on transfer.
