Does anyone know if there are any UK based sites I can get wholesale colours, dusts, tools etc? Do i need to be registered with vat number and all that?

Or any other websites, tips to keep the cost of decorating down?

Try Squires Kitchen and I would suggest that you need to be registered with a vat number as we have to be here in Australia. you could also do a google search and come up with many more sites to visit.

In the UK you don't have to be registered for VAT unless you earn over a certain amount per year

Thanks for that I did not know. It sounds like its easier in both USA and England than it is here in Australia.
