The Paisley pan lends itself to many ideas. I made a 'Shrek' cake for a 2 year old, it is in my photos. That is just one idea, hope it helps.

It does take practice & if you watch the professionals on the cakes shows like Ace of Cakes, Buddy, the cake challenges etc....they make mistakes & have disasters too just like us!!!

Make sure your dam is very stiff, so stiff you can actually move it with your fingers. I always take some of my BC from the main bowl & put it in a small bowl then add more pwd.sugar until it is stiff ...

lees_luv, you can buy it from Global Sugar or maybe your cake supply shop has it. I am sorry for my typo yesterday, it was supposed to read 'to 1 lb of fondant'.
