Having a stand mixer is also a BIG time saver, you can leave it on while you do something else in the kitchen.
I leave my cakes cool in the pan for about 5 minutes since I line all my pans with parch ... |

| I forgot to add, the egg slicer. I use their egg slicer, and the wires are great, I even let my son use it. I got it when he was 3 or 4 and I let him use it to cut olives up for pizza. |
