I am also a Satin Ice fan - I find it easy to work with and I love thier vibrant colors, which mix well with white or ivory if you want a toned down color.

| Try lfilling and crumbcoating your cakes and then etting them 'settle' overnight before putting your fondant on - this should help. |

| fruit roll ups are quite versitile and can be cut up for designes (think rolling curves) and for leaves/stems of flowers on top or the sides of cakes. |

| I find that using a paintbrush with a little water works fine - do not use to much water, or you will have a mess. (colors can bleed and the fondant can become overly sticky) |

| i used one box, with the extender and thought that it was not enough. Next time I will be going with two boxes - filling the pan more and then use any extra for cupcakes. |
