let me ask you this... did you let it cool??? I have found that with chocolate cakes.. if they are not cool enough they break or stick everytime on me!!! What I do now is 10 min after they come out ...

8oz Cream Cheese
1/2 C. Creamy Peanut Butter
3 C. Powdered Sugar (give or take a little)
1/4 C. Whipping Cream

mmf is super easy to do.... i use the marshmallow recipe where you melt them in the microwave w/2tbl of water and keep stirring every 20 seconds.. I made a batch last night and it came out perfect. ...
