we don't select which ads appear, they are served by an ad network.
If someone wants to PM me the web address the ad goes to we can try to block it.
The same goes for any other ad with sound. |

It is not possible at this time to do that. The reason for pagination is it limits the amount of data the server has to return on any given page load.
