I make a batch of homemade white chocolate mousse and fold in CK strawberry filling....very yummy and surprisingly not too sweet.

Good point about cleaning the knife, I'll make sure to bring that up to the wedding coordinator the next time I talk to her - she made it a point to say she doesn't wish to have that happen again.

I haven't used it yet but it's absolutely delicious. My favorite flavor so far is the buttercream...yummy.
MINE TOO! Of course I've only tried BC, Vanilla, and Grape but the BC was unbelievbale! |
