I do all butter buttercream sometimes and it still crust over. I even did it with a spongebob FBCT a few years back. |

Take classes and buy some books. Classes are best for hands on experience. |

Are you talking about Merengue powder. Yes definatly a specialty store or a bulk store that sells items en vrac. In Bulk sorry
