Just to let you know what I do for stacking tiers.
After they are iced and smooth I put them in the fridge long enough to firm the buttercream, ususally about 15-20 min. Then I stack. It helps for ... |

what about pasturized egg whites? I always use a butter/shortening recipe so I don't know much about the recipe's with egg whites. |

I used the dark chocolate candy melts and they worked fine. I think the 2nd coat is what you need. Good luck! |

I don't know what kind of chocolate you are using but I used chocolate candy melts, then put 2 coats and left to dry at room temp for about 30 min. then carefully peeled off the leaf.

I don't know why, but it just seems "sticky" to me. I can't get it on smooth enough to even viva.
My regular bc is silky smooth and viva's great. Any tips?
