| Try candy colors as opposed to icing gel colors. There's something in them that withstands the shortening or something andthe colors are much more vivid. HTH. |

How long can this stay out of the refrigerator? Can you refrigerate this if you have fondant accents on the b'cream? Will the fondant colors run? TIA.
